John Baker, Sr. started this company in 1968 and we are carrying on the tradition of excellent service he built the company on. We have continuing satisfied customers that have been doing business with us for over 60 years. John D. Baker learned his skills and his work ethics from the years spent at his fathers side. He started out very young and grew up asking “Why”? Now he is the one giving the answers and making the decisions. In addition to installing HVAC systems, John is and expert at identifying problems. He is a creative thinker and knows to this day how to ask the right questions to find efficient solutions to any system issue.
Diane Baker is a co-owner and an administrative genius who keeps everything and everyone on time and on track. Diane is the central point of contact for all clients and employees alike. She handles all the paperwork, phone calls, appointments, staff schedules, and daily assignments. Since Diane also writes all the paychecks, she is everyone’s favorite employee!
